EFLO MBR is designed with special submerged flat sheet membranes, with membrane pore size 0.2µm. The membranes are made of Polyethersulfone for enhanced performance in the presence of fats, oils and greases. EFLO MBR achieves the SS Removal of up to 99.7%.
Typical applications for EFLO MBR include but not limited to:
- municipal and domestic sewage treatment
- mobile or temporary sewage treatment
- industrial wastewater biological treatment
The system can be installed above or below the ground, or it can be mobile if it's a skid mounted for temporary/emergency use.
EFLO International can provide the required ancillary equipment for up stream and down stream of the EFLO MBR. Upstream equipment would include, grit removal, inlet pumping, flow control and inlet 3mm self cleaning screen. Down stream equipment would be, disinfection systems (UV or chlorine dosing), irrigation/water storage and pumped distribution and further treatment to allow water re-use.
